2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by NRS Rendering are based on information supplied at the time of the enquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Quotes may be revised if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are identified on-site, or if access to the property is restricted. Any variations to the agreed scope of work will be communicated to you and agreed in writing before work proceeds.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Engagement and Commencement
An engagement is formalised when you accept a written quote from us (by email, signed acceptance form, or other written confirmation) and we confirm acceptance. Work will commence on the agreed start date and is subject to weather conditions and material availability.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
4. Your Responsibilities
To allow us to carry out work efficiently and safely, you agree to:
- Provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property
- Ensure pets, children, and third parties are kept away from the work area during works
- Advise us promptly of any issues, changes, or concerns
- Obtain any necessary council approvals or owner's corporation permissions where required
- Ensure the property is structurally sound before rendering commences
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be set out in your individual quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to commencement
- The final balance is due upon practical completion of the works
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer (EFT)
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work on any project where payment is overdue.
6. Defects and Rectification
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you identify a defect in our workmanship (not resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect use, third-party modification, or substrate issues beyond our control), please notify us in writing within 14 days of practical completion. We will inspect and rectify genuine workmanship defects at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.
Our liability for defective work is limited to rectification of the defect and does not extend to consequential or indirect loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NRS Rendering's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses or damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
